Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop
First of all I would teach him how to strafe, while holding A he has to turn left and while holding D he has to turn right, if this wasn't enough I would link him a video explaining how to BHOP, for example

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming
First of all I would ask him to stop, if he doesn't stop I would mute him, if after the mute he refuses to stop I would warn him and mute him again.
Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server
First of all I would explain to him what he has done wrong and that he should not do it again and I would punish him with my powers, if he fails to stop I would contact another staff member to ban the user.
Why I should be chosen
I have been playing BHOP whenever I had time (weekends only...) I generally enjoy the gamemode and I would like to help the server as there are usually no staff online part of tama most of the time.
I was an admin before for a long period of time and I think I did a great job back then.
I hope I can be given the chance as I have fine activity and I have not caused any trouble on bhop.

I am also taking this as an opportunity to show this as some sort of a change, obviously it can't prove anything but it's better than not attempting at all.
