Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
1-2 warnings, then a ulx gag if they continue mic spamming.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would start off by warning or kicking the abuser. I would then talk to the user to prevent them from exploiting again. If they continue to exploit, I would request a ban on the user from an administrator or higher

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting is when two or more people use external sources of communication such as TeamSpeak, Discord etc to reveal the location of his/her teammates.
->Player A and player B are on opposing teams and are on a call with each other on discord so they can talk to each other without being interrupted or without interrupting others. Player A dies as a prop at the start of the round and proceeds to tell his/her friend, player B, the location of the other props so a new round will start quickly


Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
Cuz i am a really trusted person i have been a staff member on TTT which i resigned , but i thought why not play other gamemodes and see which one is really interesting. Yes i know my activity is not really good right now but i will maybe get mod on prophunt . I enjoy playing on Prophunt with people but i see alot people micspaming like playing music and no staff is on so i would like to help uot on the Prophunt server and be part of it as a mod. I know all the rules on prophunt i am willing to play next week much more if i dont get accepted . My attitude is really good i am a seriuos person and i will be able to play everyday to get my activity going and i hope i will get accepted Thanks for reading my application

I dont think you can call yourself a trusted person when you get demoted on TTT for having a bad attitude.

Bear in mind that the meeting is tomorrow and you only have 30 minutes of gametime total.
We recommend 2 weeks of consistent activity before applying, which is something that is upheld.

Even if you fixed your attitude, you still have basically no activity

I can not recommend accepting Asian Andy into any staff team of any servers until he proves himself again.

While holding the admin rank on TTT he has shown attitude issues on the forums, Ts3 and on the server itself, going as far to insult users. This is not everything that happened but the most important part
Because I saw this as a major violation against the staff ethos Asian was demoted on the 26th of April which is very clearly not a month ago nor was it a resignation.

His reputation amongst the staff team and his attitude were bad when he was a user, then turned good after a few weeks, he became mod and admin, then his reputation as well as his attitude turned bad again until he was booted out of the staff team.

Until another "good phase" occures he, like I said, shouldn't be staff within any team on any server.

He has also attempted to lie to me about a wrongly given ban (which btw wouldn't have been to much of a deal because it was quickly noticed and the ban lifted).
So add untrustworthy on top of the attitude issues.

Just think for a second before trying to make a counter argument.

Also one doesn't fundamentally change within 2 weeks which in your case is definitely necessary.
