Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
Maybe I do know, I don't have much time as moderator, because only almost 3-4 weeks, but I do surf for fun, to relax. I am not abusing my powers and I had only have to mute one guy for a reason. I want to keep this server nice and clean.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello there! I am your trainer today. I will say about your powers now as a moderator. Remember to not abuse them. If you will click tab, and click on someone's name, you will see some buttons. I will try to say everything I know about them.

Kick: You should use it when someone is being punished many times, or is abusing a gun.

Mute chat: Use it if someone is being racist or spamming in the chat etc.

Mute voice: You should use it if someone is abusing microphone

Staff meetings are 8PM GMT, if you don't want you don't need to attend, it's really your choise.
If you press F6 you can check a player's punishments.
If you put @ in chat you can use staff chat.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello Player x,
I’ve checked the ban list and have realised that you were banned permanently for Cheating, and that this is your first ban. Actually, cheating is against our rules, and I am pretty sure you knowed that if you will be catched, you will be banned. I'll accept this appeal because of your apology and effort, but you won't have 'second chance'. We do not tolerate cheaters on our server.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I think I should be promoted because I am very active on this server because I enjoy surfing and other people also enjoy it. Actually, I became here moderator because staff is rarely on this server, and people do say this server is dead, so in the game is kinda 'anarchy'. No rules for people. They can scream in chat, say n-words, sing songs or even cheat. I only used my power once to mute a guy, for previous situations I said in chat: 'stop doing that or I will have to mute you' etc. and this worked. But what if I was on server and there would be a cheater, mass rule breaker? Mute or gag won't really work all the time. That's why I want to be an administrator, to keep server clean from trollers or cheaters.

Extra Information: (Not Required)

I have one question, I met one of the administrators and asked him when, where is the meeting. Because to be an administrator you have to be at least one meeting, but he wrote to me that he was not at any meeting and he was an administrator.
And I want to know how it is, if I have to be at the meeting, please give me an hour and place ts or discord?
