Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

=If a player joins the server for the first time and mass RDMes and straight after leaves.That resoults in a BAN.
=If the player is continuing to be racist towords everyone after warnings and gags/mutes to stop this would also resoult in a BAN.
=If a player has way to meny recents this would also resoult in a BAN.
The ban hammer has spoken <o/

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted:
Well as everyone says i want to make the server a better place for new commers and older players so they dont have to worry about all the bad bad players. Also becouse i just love the server and the communty and i want it to stay loving and caring to everyone that joins.
