Player is caught Ban Evading .
Player has 7 or more Recent Warnings .
Player MASSRDM *3 or more kills* Twice.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Player x you have been banned for cheating, I have talked to the staff member that banned you and we have decided to give you one last chance, If you get one more recent within this week consider yourself banned. This appeal has been

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I love playing on here and i know i will stay here for a long time, as you know I have been a moderator for a while now and i'm fairly known in the community. There has been times when i have needed to use the ban command and couldn't. I am active every single day even when not feeling it. I try to take every single report and i'll make sure to ask both people to get their side of the story so i can understand what happened and give out a fair punishment. I'm not expecting to be accepted as administrator so soon but maybe there is hope. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I want to thank everybody for accepting me as a part of the Staff Team i really did not expect to become a moderator on my first application. I'm open for feedback and criticism

Hey Reversed,
you got good activity and from what I have seen you have handled every report with care and tried to hand out the fairest punishment for both sides. Besides that you are very social on the teamspeak, discord and even ingame when you get talked to. You have been mod for 2 weeks now and attented both of the meetings, what I am basically tryin to say with this long essay is that I think that you are ready for this position and really do deserve it.

You are a good moderator from what I have seen, and you have great activity. The ban appeal part of your application is a bit odd, but other than that I have no issue with the application itself. Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP TTT! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. Just join the Zarp TeamSpeak and get in touch with a TTT SuperAdmin or higher or add a SA+ on Steam.
