How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3/Discord?:

I would tell the player to stay calm, I would move them to a different channel away from the "Bully"(If in TeamSpeak). I'd tell the bully that if I get notified that he is still harassing people, he will be punished. (To give him a fair warning) If on discord though, I'd tell the bullied player to move out of the channel to get away from the bully themselves. If the bully continued to follow him I'd take disciplinary action, kick and/or ban the user.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used appropriately:

First command is kick; used as a tool to tell people what they shouldn't do after given few word or verbal warnings, such as being racist, harassing someone or micspamming.

Second is ban; if the person is being racist, continuously spams, or just bullies in general for an extended period of time and Impersonating staff members.

Third one is only for discord, Server Mute; If someone is being disrespectful to other players, using this command will prevent them from doing so.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):

I am an active member, you will see me on teamspeak a lot, not so much on discord. Although rule-breakers on discord and teamspeak are not a regular occurrence. It is nice to have the power to stop them from achieving their goal (breaking a rule), When they are trying to. I'm a user friendly player although sometimes I do have my situations I can be a reliable source at most times.

You are quite friendly and nice most of the times. I see you sometimes on the teamspeak and if you are on it I talk with you, however I dont see you that often on the Teamspeak. If you are more active this week you may have my vote, but for now I am not quite sure.
