Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
My Time as a moderator on the server has taught me alot of things, I've learnt how to control and deal with certain situations. I have really enjoyed my time as a moderator on the server and belive i am ready for the admin role on the server. I am very active every day and i try to help as many people as i can while i am on> I feel i have worked on alot of things, From my attitude, to being a leader in certain scenarios and more.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
During my time as moderator i have encountered alot of scenarios which could of been dealt with alot easier with the admin rank, Since i am on quite late at night i tend to deal with people coming onto the server just to minge around and mass rulebreak. Sometimes i am the only staff member on and due to being limited to only certain commands i cannot deal with mass rulebreakers efficiently and efficiency. There was a guy the other night who joined with his friends and decided to come on just to cause chaos knowing i couldn't do too much. Although i was able to get in contact with an admin they still brough chaos onto the server and it could of been dealt alot more quickly if i had the admin rank on the server.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

I see that you have been accepted as a moderator on the SSRP server, First off i would like to congratulate you on your acceptance and i would like to welcome you to the team.
I will be going through the commands you have been granted to help you in your staffing dutys.
The first command i will be explaining is the warn command.
The warn command is used the most when punishing users and putting a marker on their rapsheet. Whenever you know someone is breaking the rules you are granted to use the /warn command on your discretion. You can use this by getting their steam ID and putting in chat "/warn (steamid) (Reason)"
Make sure to use their steam id so you don't accidentally warn someone else.
Now i will be going through the F1 Menu that you get access to when given your role.
When ingame you can press "F1" To open up the "Zarp Administrative Center" This is going to be the tab you use for: Dealing with F1 Requests, Current Active Warnings, The Logging system, And the active NLR Tab.
I will start off by explaining the Admin requests tab. This is the tab where any f1 that is made will show up.

When a f1 is made you can right click it and click "Handle This" to show you're handling it. If it is spam or unneeded then you can press "Discard as spam or abuse" to get rid of the F1
When you handle an F1 You can right click it again to Goto, Bring, Mark it as finished, Or abort handling it

The logging system:

This is the logging system in the F1 menu. This starts logging from the moment you join the server and will show you everything that happens, Wether it be kills, arrests, deaths, people joining/leaving, warrant reasons etc. This is used alot to deal with F1's in getting a perspective of what happend.
The Active NLR Tab:

This tab will show you where people have NLR and how long it will last. This is used to deal with F1's to do with NLR etc.
The Chat Commands/Tab Menu Commands.
/goto (steamid)
This command will teleport you to the person's steam id you have entered.
/back (steamid)
This command will send back the player whos steam id you have entered to the last place they were before teleported. You can also do /back to send yourself back.
/backspawn (steamid)
This command puts the player back to spawn. You can also do just /backspawn to send yourself to spawn
/tp (steamid)
This command will teleport the player to your crosshair. You can also teleport yourself to where your crosshair is pointed to by doing /tp
/bring (steamid)
this will bring the player to you.
/freeze (steamid)
This command will freeze the player
/unfreeze (steamid)
This command will unfreeze the player.
You can also use all of these commands in the tab menu which i personally find easier.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I have looked over your appeal and checked your rap sheet and i can see that this is your first ban. I've contacted the Admin that banned you and i have spoken to him, Me and him have come to the agreement that we will unban you. Prop Spam is an extreme rulebreak and if you are found doing it again you will be banned permanent for alot longer than this time. I would recommend reading the rules that can be found Here

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):
I feel like i am ready for the administrator role on SSRP due to my extensive knowledge of the rules and how to deal with rulebreakers. My experience as a moderator has shown me what it is like to have the privlege of staffing on SSRP and i feel that i am ready for the promotion to administrator, I have been an administrator on 2 other zarp services before (CSGO and TTT) And feel as if i can be trusted enough to have access to the admin rank. I am a very experienced player and also very active and i try my best to help out as much as i can.
I will be adding more to this later on when i have the time.
