Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I have learned many thing such like the commands, How to handle f1s and rule breakers! It has been very hard at first as a moderator. I have had alot of knowledge from being a modertor and dealing with alot of stuff. I know most of the commands and how to use them and I'm ready to take another step forward and become an Admin.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
There are alot of times (usually in the mornings) where people just Mass RDM and all I could do as a moderator is warn them , and the worst part is that the other people think that you are not doing anything about it. At these times I really wished I was an admin.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello, Congratulations on getting mod! We are very excited to see your work on the staff team and see how you can help us! Before we let you go and staff the server please take some times to read this:

You are a Moderator of the servers in this community so you represent the staff team so we would like to see the best out of you and see how you could help us, Here are the basics:

F1 Menu:
Here you can see some of the tabs which are Admin requests, Warnings, Logging And Active NLR

-Admin requests is where you can see the f1s which people make. You can handle them by right clicking them, you can also copy the information of the player that made the request. If the F1 that was made is some kind of spam you can discard it.

-The Logs are the most important tab, In the logs you can see the deaths, kills, hits, arrest, jobs, warrants and etc. You can now search the logs in the top right by searching the players name, you can also go in to a bit more detail and search for the gun type that was used to make a kill.

-In the warnings you can see the most recent warnings that have been given.

-Active NLR Is something which you could look to see if people have NLR, it shows how long is left until its over and the district.

F6 Menu
In the F6 Menu you can check the RapSheet of every player that is online. If they are not online you can put the SteamID in the top left corner. You can also look for specific warnings.

Commands

/warn [SteamID] [Reason] - this command is used to warn players that break the rules. The warning is added to their rapsheet and is counted as active for 2 weeks. If a player has 3 active warnings they get automatically kicked, and if they have 4 active warnings they automatically get banned for 1 hour.

/unwarn [SteamID] - This command removes the most recent warning from the selected player. You can use it if you falsely warned somebody.

/tp - This command is used for teleportation. You can either do /tp and teleport yourself to your crosshair or use /tp [SteamID] to teleport a player to your crosshair. It is really useful when handling sits.

/goto [steamid] - This command is used to teleport to the player, For example you would use this command if you needed someone for an f1!

/back - This command is used to teleport players to there last location. For example if you are done with a sit you can use this command to bring the player back to their original position

/kick [SteamID] [Reason] - this command is used rarely, and mostly for players that prop spam/ prop block.

/freeze - This command is mostly used on people that try to escape sits, /freeze [SteamID] and the targeted player will be frozen in place and will not be able to move.

/slay - By doing /slay [SteamID]you can kill people.

/chatmute [SteamID] [Time in seconds] [Reason] - This command ca be used against players who are racistic, homophobic or generally disrespectful in the OOC chat or just in general.

/voicemute [SteamID] [Time in seconds] [Reason] - Used for the same reasons as chat mute, but in the voice chat.

Remove NLR - This command is used when somebody has been RDMd in a certain district and has NLR there. To do this command you on on the TAB menu, select the specific player and click on Remove NLR

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello,X, I can see that you are banned for a while now, and that this is your first ban. It is also noticeable that you put alot of effort in to your App and that you are truly sorry for what you did. Although you put effort in it you should also keep in mind that prop spam is very punishable, since it can ruin alot of RP Situations and peoples experience in general. We , the staff team, have decided yo unban you, however if we see you doing it again, you will be banned for longer and will have to wait longer to appeal the ban aswell.


Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):

I have made alot of time to help the server out, I am always on (2hrs+ a day) I have learned alot of stuff about staffing a Darkrp server. I am very friendly, respectful and patient not only in Sits, but in RP aswell. I really enjoy helping people with their F1s or just questions regarding the gamemode in the OOC chat and punishing rule breakers. I would like to become an Administrator, because I can really expand my staffing abilities and deal with situation more easily. I am really active on the servers and I really enjoy them. I confident and I think that I am ready to step up to the next level and become an Admin!
