Okay, this reply is absolute b.s. How the fuck is he supposed to regain "your" trust? Considering the fact he hasn't been warned for over a month, and he's maintained a good attitude, I really do think that's enough. In addition to that, as far as the demotion goes, he wasn't demoted for abusing his powers, so I don't even think "powers" needed to be brought up. If you can say otherwise on his current attitude, why hasn't he been warned for it? One of my friends was warned 4 times yesterday for a poor attitude, so it couldn't be a bias thing.
