Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: You could use the ban command on people that mass rdms (3 or more people) and leaves without receives their punishment. You can also ban for too many recent punishments or discrimination after a warn.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? I would respond: Hi, I see you are sorry and you put a lot of detail and effort into the ban appeal. However cheating is not allowed on this server, seeing as this is your first ban I will reduce your ban length but if you come back and cheat again it will be permenant.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):. I was a very active member of staff and i took my role very seriously as well as having fun. I was usually on most days for about 3-4 hours depending what i have that day. I am not biased towards people. With becoming admin this would give me more tools to clean up the rdmers and rule breakers who come on the server. I am also mature when i need to be in serious situations such as when handling reports and dealing with players. I am also fun to be round and easy to approach. I used to like being staff and i hope that i can be it again.

You barely just started playing again and your activity is quite bad and inconsistent ATM (I’ve already had multiple reports of you timefarming which is a bit concerning).

I’ve seen a lot of things in the past that makes me wonder why you were allowed to apply straight for administrator – attitude problems, questionable ethics, dedication issues (inactivity - not doing staff duties), and getting demoted after managing to obtain 4 officials.

I'd personally like to see you go for moderator first with improved activity.

I am in the same boat as nina. You had quite a lot of officials before you got demoted and didnt do anything as staff ( the things you could have done) I prefer you go first for moderator or wait with applying cause your activity isnt that convincing and not dedicating.
