Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
If someone was text/mic spamming on the server, I would tell them to stop spamming and if they continue to text/mic spam, I would gag or mute them for a round. However, if they proceed to text/mic spam even after the gag/mute, I would proceed to hand out harsher punishments such as longer gags/mutes or warnings

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would start off by warning or kicking the abuser. I would then talk to the user to prevent them from exploiting again. If they continue to exploit, I would request a ban on the user from an administrator or higher

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting is when two or more people use external sources of communication such as TeamSpeak, Discord etc to reveal the location of his/her teammates.
->Player A and player B are on opposing teams and are on a call with each other on discord so they can talk to each other without being interrupted or without interrupting others. Player A dies as a prop at the start of the round and proceeds to tell his/her friend, player B, the location of the other props so a new round will start quickly

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
Firstly, I would like to mention my staffing experience as I am an administrator on TTT. I have gained a lot of staffing experience through my time on TTT and wish to gain even more experience through Prop Hunt. I am also familiar with the general rules here on ZARP and have also read over the rules of Prop Hunt.
I have also noticed the need for staff on Prop Hunt as the majority of the time (for me at least) the server has had no staff online and there have been people who make racist comments or continuously mic or text spam and receive no punishment

Extra Information:
Please Note- I am fully aware that I have only just started playing prop hunt and in all honesty I don't expect to be chosen this week, and I am completely fine with that as well. I am simply applying to gain feedback and who knows, maybe i could be chosen

just go for DR or something but not Richard his server....
