Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: On the first offence, I would tell them to stop text/mic spamming. On the second offence, I would gag or mute (whichever is necessary) for a round, or tgag or tmute (whichever is necessary) for 5 minutes, depending on which is used.
Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I would appropriately warn the abuser, before asking them how they did it and report it to the Lead Team.
Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: Ghosting is using external sources such as TeamSpeak or Discord to communicate outside of the game to get an advantage by telling other players where props are hiding, hunters' positions, etc.
An example would be our good friend Richard hopping onto TeamSpeak to find Xnator up to his usual antics, informing the hunters of where Richard is hiding, thus ruining the game. (Hopefully Xnator gets perma-banned as a result

Why I should be chosen : In my limited time on the server (which is likely why I am going to be denied), the need for staff has become more apparent, as the server is usually staffless when I get on. During these periods the players are often controlled, but sometimes we get the odd troll or two. I have staffing experience, a little over 2 months on the TTT staff team, and the server needs staff, so why not apply? Finally, I want to branch out to new areas of the community, and as of yet I have barely strayed away from TTT, and a reason to do so would be a great change of pace.
Extra Information: This is the final week of my Easter break before I go back to school and a few exams start popping up here and there, so don't expect my activity to get much higher than it is at the end of this week. My activity isn't the best, and I completely understand if you are looking for more activity in a moderator.
