Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
I would use this command if
1. 7 or More Recent Warnings
2.Mass RDM (more then 3 kills) and LTAP
3. If they proceed to offend other players in the lobby by using racist jokes, etc. after they have been warned
4.If a player Mass RDMs twice, they are eligible for a ban

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

After discussing with the staff that banned you, we have decided that you were apologetic in your report and have decided to revoke your ban from this server, for your information if you are ever caught in the act of your previous offence again you will be permanently banned from this server. Thank you for making an appeal and hope to see you on this server again soon.

Why I should be promoted?
I feel that I should be promoted as I have worked hard, while having fun on the ZarpGaming TTT server
I felt that after getting accepted as moderator, I have enjoyed the experience of being moderator on the server. I believe that I am well known within the TTT community and I think that I am working well with all the TTT Staff and Players. I am usually on on the server late at night or early in the morning when no Admin+ is online and I can see a player is Mass RDMing and annoying the rest of the newer players, so I have to ask in the Discord for an Admin+ to ban him but if I was admin I feel that it would be much easier to do it myself rather than bothering a higher ranked staff member who may be busy doing other things.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP TTT! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:
