Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I feel that my time as a mod has help me get a better feel on the server and the people that are on it to and has help me get to know the staff that I play with as well also help me get to know some of the rules better to and I think me becoming a admin would make the work a lot easier as I see there are not a lot of active admins as much as there
use to be.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around:
So as a mod I've had a lot of things happen to me were I could have used another staff member to help me about 2 weeks in my staffing as a mod I had 4 players spamming
props prop flying and more and in that time I could have used a admin or more and yes I've had more then one problem like this one before as a mod.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Now that you are a member of the staff team it's time to go over the new commands you acquired

All of these commands are also accessible via your Tab Menu, just click on the player you need and Freeze,TP,Goto etc are all there!

Now we will look at the new Menus! If you hit F1 you will see a new menu.
1) Will have all of the current F1s that are active, the time the member has been waiting and who is handling if anyone
2) This section will show all of the warnings given out and by which staff handed it out
3) This is your logs, this will show everything, from killings to arrests, also will show who came and left the server, very useful with F1s and sorting it out
4) This last section will show all active NLR and the name of player and which district, also shows how much time is remaining

Lastly you have a F6 Menu. With this you can check a members rap sheet and see all the warnings, just type in their steam id.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would discuss with the staff member that permban them and tell him that you only should have ban them depending on the recent's that they now if they were hacking on the server then it may end up going to a permban if the ban they are using is causing problems for the server or for players or if it crashes the server now if the player is using a alt to evade a ban on there main acc it would result in a permban.

Why I should be promoted:
I feel that my time as a mod has help me get a better understanding of how this server works and helped me get to know the rules a lot more then I use to know them when I was a user I
feel like if I was a admin it would make my life and other players life easier on the server as I am a active staff member on the ZARP servers and I plan to be even more active the
following weeks coming up as I have summer coming up in 2 months as a mod life is a little hard when you have to deal one or more players at the same time it becomes a pain to
have players RDMing you and not be able to stop them fast enough before they kill you it would be easier if you could grab them with the physics gun and stop them before it's to last. [/b]

I haven't seen you online recently because of my broken timezone, so I can't speak for any progress you have made in terms of experience. However, it seems like it's a recurring thing that you are denied on those grounds. So perhaps you should go out of your way to establish that you know & are experienced with the rules in order to "prove" to the admins that you are capable and experienced.

Again, to clarify, this is not me saying you have insufficient experience, I'm just looking at the reasons you were denied for previously and giving you some advice for potential future applications.

Anyhow, good luck! I'll see what my verdict becomes in the meeting.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

We just wanted to say Congratulations! The staff team has voted to accept your application, which means you’re now a part of the ZARP staff.

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. There’s also a handy guide created by the community which should help you get up to speed with your new menus & commands. And don’t forget you can always ask another staff member if you’re not sure about something.

ZARP DarkRP Staff Meeting – Every Saturday 7PM UTC

There’s a weekly staff meeting for the server at the above time, which is held on the ZARP Teamspeak server (IP: ts.zarpgaming.com). You now get a vote on the new staff members and we’ll keep you up to date with new events and server updates at the meeting.
