I will warn the person who's doing it and punish him if he still continues. (If a mute function is available I will use it.

● Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server

First I will look at hat is is doing and punish/warn him according to what he did. I will also ask how he did the glitch/exploit and report it to the dev team to fix it.

● Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario

Ghosting is using a "thirs-party software" with someone else in the same garry's mod party, and using it as an unfaire advantage towards other plsyers.
Ex : "In a prop hunt game, player Y (hider who has been catched) is talking to player X (seeer) and telling with the spectator mode where player Z is hiding"

● Why I should be chosen

I think I am apt to take the role of a moderator because I already have been a moderator on a GTA5 Roleplay server and on a discord, so I already got the scene of moderating. Another reason is because I’ve been a lot on the prop hunt server and I’m seeing that a lot of people are breaking the rules (mic spam, insult towards me and other players,…) I did not report that guy because I’m someone who isn’t instantly angry when that happens, and that can bring me to another advantage which is to keep calm when someone is doing that, so we don’t begin fighting. And finally, I’m a nice person and I think it would not be an error to take me in your team.

I got a little talent in the graphism and vidéo editing section so I can maybe help you with that if needed.

Usually we recommend 2 weeks of consistent activity for people applying for staff, however if you are able to consistently play on most days throughout the course of the coming week, I'm sure we'd be able to overlook one week, assuming that you have no recent punishments and display a good attitude ingame. Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP Prop Hunt! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.
