I do agree that he could improve his attitude on the forums but in game he is a nice and friendly player and helps out the staff team alot

Yeah, but if he can be blatantly toxic within other areas of the community, how can I know that his heart's in the right place? Really doesn't seem like a viable option for him to be well-intentioned while being toxic towards other community members.

I completely understand. That guy has been shittalking the staff teaming for a good while. i just put my opinion out there. That guy was flaming me since I got Mod. I just felt like some of these things needed to be said. Either way, Thanks for the Feedback!

You could've said it in a much less cutting and offensive tone, and an inability to see the importance of that as a staff member shows inexperience, in my eyes. Not to mention the hypocritical nature of the post itself.

Appreciate that you're responding with a somewhat decent justification, however I still don't think you're ready, based on what I've seen.

As I noted above in the actual app itself. I myself don't really know if I am yet ready for this position or not. This is the first "major" outbreak I had since me and Dr. House went at it. However whether I get promoted or not is up to you guys. I understand that I had a bit of a stronger attitude or maybe a "toxic" one (if you prefer it to be said that way?) is because people that are completely being disrespectful to us because of simple punishment that was clearly, correctly placed.
As I said I'm glad you're giving me constructive criticism so I can work on some things!

Have to agree with Sorle here, your attitude could be improved in the forums

However I don't see this stopping you from getting admin
