I do agree that he could improve his attitude on the forums but in game he is a nice and friendly player and helps out the staff team alot

Yeah, but if he can be blatantly toxic within other areas of the community, how can I know that his heart's in the right place? Really doesn't seem like a viable option for him to be well-intentioned while being toxic towards other community members.
