How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
i have always tried to act above my duty ( in a good way ) to stop exploiters and mass rule breakers and such, i always try to observe what is needed to be observed and tried my best ( still are ) to find bugs or ideas to discuss, i also have learned new methods to act with specific situations and have helped staff members when needed.




What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):


Activity
It’s safe to say i’m one of the most active staff memebers in deathrun scoring 20 hours minimum before my setback ( gonna get back there soon enough) i dedicate most of my free time to come on deathrun, i also have never time farmed as afk which means all of my playtime is earned fairly, and i have achieved that in a short time since i joined Zarp Deathrun which was in around april 2018 and when i came back on october! I also have attended every single meeting since i got Admin ( for the second time ) since i fixed my ts issue and i will always attend them unless a emergency happens.



Dedication
Like i said i have tried to do everything i can on and off dute ( when i resinged for a while ) i’ve been trying to help, i have a legit feeling of obligation towards always helping in the server, which will continue as long as Zarp exists.



Experience
I have staffed on deathrun for around 7 months in total, letting me gain enough experience for me to be promoted, i have full knowledge on all of the commands that there is, and how they’re appropriately used.



Attitude
I have had my setbacks and mis steps but i’ve learned from them and i try to show my best attitude towards everyone i encounter, i also always tend to help players whom have questions or issues anywhere, can see by everyone on discord where it’s very rare to be responded to.




Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:


I have encountered some corrupt staff members whom had to be reported and demoted immediately due to their totally unacceptable acts, one of the cases took Around 2 months to hand out a demotion since there was a lack of good communication between staff at that time, with me being promoted i’d take action immediately since i am always interested in keeping the server clean, i would also immediately contact a higher staff member to make sure i did the right thing and to inform them of the situation.



Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:

I first would talk to the person whom is reported, take all information on the problem i have from both sides, ask other staff members if anything similar to the reported has been noticed about this particular staff member and consult other lead team members on the situation, if the report was convincing and true i would follow with issuing the right punishment.



Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would first look at the player’s rapsheet to make sure the ban “is” indeed exccesive, if so i’d talk to the staff member and make sure they’re fully aware of the rules, then i’d approach and speak in a kind and constructive way and correct his idea on the amount of days/hours this player should be banned for, i’d then kindly ask the staff member to review the rules again to get a better grip of things.



Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?

I’d first take it off his hand, handle it myself or assign it to a trusted staff member if available at the moment, and make sure the user has been dealt with in an appropriate and fair manner. I’d follow by speaking with the staff member asking what went wrong in your opinion, get down to the root of the problem and try to devolop a way of allowing this staff member to deal with a similar situation better the next time, if the situation was too heated and the staff member was abusing excessively i’d emergency demote the staff member and inform a higher lead team staff member and then discuss it in the weekly meeting.




Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?

I’d ask for evidence if obtainable, i would then assest the situation and also hear from the staff member whom is being reported, i would compare the two stories and then take it to other lead team members to agree on what needs to be done ( in the meeting ofcourse ) i’d also ask other staff members about any existent negative behaviors such as rule breaking this staff member did.




Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?

I would first make them cool down and or seperate them, following with making them understand that we are a team and we should be instead having better attitudes with eachother, i’d then see who is in the wrong and talk to them, making sure they realize that they’re wrong and try to help them and enhance their attitude, if it was to a high extent i’d make them stop communicating in ant needs such as in muting or gagging the staff members, and then dealing with it with the help of fellow lead team members.




Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?

I would first demote them on the spot, assure the users that punishment will be given out, and try and compromize the users and make sure they haven’t been affected in a severe way, i’d then get some proof and tell Lead team members about the incident to discuss it in the meeting.
