Random Death Match or RDM is when a player kills another without a valid RP reason.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would ask player 'Y' why they killed player 'X'. If player 'Y' gave a false reason, I would conclude RDM, if they had recent punishments for RDM I would warn them, if they have a clean rapsheet I would verbally warn them.
If player 'Y' gives a valid excuse but player 'X' says they aren't telling the truth I would ask for valid evidence (recording). If player 'X' can't provide evidence then there isn't anything I can do.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time

If the kills are within 3 minutes in the same district it is NLR.
If they aren't then it isn't NLR.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words):

I think I should be chosen to be moderator because I have been playing on this server now for 2-3 years. I know what i'm doing in terms of staff, I am an ex-moderator.
I think I can benefit the server because I know the rules and I can play almost everyday (Only have college 2 days a week). I am a friendly approachable person who will give you help if needed. I hate seeing new people wonder around the map not knowing what they're doing so I help them. I haven't been warned for a couple of months now and i'd like to become part of the staff team. I will do whatever is needed to exceed in this community and I'm not planning on leaving anytime soon.
