Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
On their initial offense, I would give them a verbal warning and tell them to stop. However, if their behavior perpetuates I'll move on to harsher punishments such as warnings or temporary mutes-/gags.
Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Taking into account not only the severity of the exploit but also the intention of the user, I'd start off by giving them a warning or a kick, then follow up by having a serious talk with the user in question, so they understand not to do it in the future. Furthermore, if they continue, I'll either kick them or request for a higher-up to ban the user. Lastly, I'll write down the exploit, test to see if I can reproduce it and if I succeed I will report it to the server owner- or developer with the necessary information to fix it (that is if it's possible in the first place).
These scenarios are vastly circumstantial, so it's going to vary from situation to situation, but I tried to capture what I would do in a basic exploit situation.
Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting can be defined as the act of two players, on the opposite teams, using external means of communication (TS3, Discord, etc.) to leak another players location. This can be used both ways, in some cases, users will reveal the location of a prop, ultimately voiding the purpose of hiding, and in other - more subtle - cases, a player may choose to update the props on the location of a hunter.
An example of this would be something like this:
Player X (Hunter) and Player Y (Prop) are talking on Discord. There are other players in the game, and Player Y ends up getting killed by one of the other hunters. Player Y now has the ability to spectate his fellow teammates. Instead of staying silent, Player Y starts feeding information on the position of the last prop standing. Player X now knows the location of the last prop and kills it. The hunters win.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
To start off, I have experience as a staff member here on ZARP (namely SSRP). I've gained a lot of staffing experience during my time on ZARP, and I'm familiar with the General Conduct rules here on ZARP. I've also taken my time to read over the Prophunt rules so I can ensure you I hold full knowledge of the rules AND a vast amount of experience as a staff member in general.
Expanding on my experience as a staff member, I'm very experienced with difficult situations and I virtually always reach the best verdict. Additionally, I have a very professional mannerism and I know the proper way to engage users without causing any drama or unnecessary anger.
