Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
I would use the ban command on someone who have for example, 7 recent warnings.
Other situation would be if a player mass RDMes and leave for avoid punishment for second or third time in a short period of time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Thanks for all the details in your appeal, I talked to other staff members, and we decided to give you another chance!!
We had removed your ban, hope to see you again in the server.

BUT you have to know, hacking is not allowed and its not funny to play against, If we see you hacking again, it will result in a Permanent Ban, and it will not get removed like this...

Why I should be promoted?
Well I really enjoy the experience of being a Moderator, I had handled lots of reports. But normaly in the mornings (GTM+1) people dont respect so much the rules like in the afternoon, I cant really do much against those players with being a moderator and there is not always an admin online at those hours,.. I'm really active on the server and Im trying to be connected at last 2hours everyday, I just want to help players.

Extra Information:
Last week I had a global exams week and I had not been able to connect some days, but I have already left that bad week and Im ready to attend more reports and help in the server

Not sure if I'm misunderstanding this but Mass RDM + LTAP is a ban on first offence. Otherwise you have a decent application, good activity and you're quite friendly ingame. Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP TTT! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application

We just wanted to say Congratulations! The staff team has voted to accept your application, which means you’re now a part of the ZARP staff.

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. Just join the Zarp TeamSpeak and get in touch with a TTT SuperAdmin or higher or add a SA+ on Steam. There’s also a handy guide created by the community which should help you get up to speed with your new menus & commands. And don’t forget you can always ask another staff member if you’re not sure about something
