Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
A person is being extremely homophobic and disrespecting fellow staff, I will then proceed to gag the player while warning him aswell. I wait until the folowing round to the ungag him but instantly starts shouting racist slurs and carrys on disrespecting staff, I then kick him from the server. I see that he joins back and starts micspamming telling people to leave the server. I would then ban him for 1-2 days.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I think I should be promoted because I feel like I am trusted and have a lot of experience with rules. I know all of the rules and how to get around all commands. Sometimes I have needed help from an admin for certain commands I don't hold so I think it would really help if I could get the promotion. Administrator is a big role and in my eyes I think I can hold the responsibilty of being one, including the powers it holds. I've never been banned which proves that I can be trusted. Overall I have handled a lot of reports and I have been on the server nearly every single day spending about 4-10 hours on it. I feel like people on know me well and see that I am a friendly person who keeps my cool all the time.

After a mounth of inactivity you join for 4 days and want to be admin i recomend playing next week and just then apply for admin untill then its a no from me.

I have not seen you since 3 weeks man, get at least 1 week of activity before applying for admin... This is a no for me.

Hell nawh man your activity is very not good you havent been on the server for a long time and i think mod posision is good for you cuz if u become a admin you will forget a about it and come back again in 2 mounths and your copying from smb else ban thing and some of why you should so its a Big no
