Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
1) A user has 7 or more recent punishments.
2) A user has Mass RDM'ed (randomly killed at least 3 players) and left.
3) A user is mass disrespecting (staff and/or regular players).
4) A user is repeatedly being racist/making racist jokes.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Although this is by no means a good thing, I can tell from your appeal that you are now aware of how wrong this is, and I hope you will return in due course without more issues. Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I was given the opportunity to be a moderator 3 weeks ago (at the time of this being initially written). I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and I still do, and I really feel like I've made a positive influence on a reasonable portion of the playerbase. I want to take this to the next level, and admin is the way to do that. I have good activity on the server; I try to play at least an hour a day on homework-heavy weekdays, and far longer on weekends, and I communicate well with players, on every tier of the staff pyramid and off of it.

Extra Information: 1) I may or may not have said I wouldn't be applying for admin for a while not too long ago, I've sook motivation to do so and I think I can make a difference.
2) As I've mentioned before I have very little previous experience, I accept that, but please tell me if I've messed up anywhere on this application.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP TTT! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application

We just wanted to say Congratulations! The staff team has voted to accept your application, which means you’re now a part of the ZARP staff.

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. Just join the Zarp TeamSpeak and get in touch with a TTT SuperAdmin or higher or add a SA+ on Steam. There’s also a handy guide created by the community which should help you get up to speed with your new menus & commands. And don’t forget you can always ask another staff member if you’re not sure about something

ZARP TTT Staff Meeting – Every Sunday 7PM UTC

There’s a weekly staff meeting for the server at the above time, which is held on the ZARP Teamspeak server (IP: ts.zarpgaming.com). You now get a vote on the new staff members and we’ll keep you up to date with new events and server updates at the meeting.
