How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I've been an admin on bhop for about 5 months and staff for about 6 months, during that time I've attended all the meetings (only missing one) during the meetings I've given my input and criticism on apps, suggested suggestions and other stuff, while I've played on the server I've punished multiple rule breaks most of them for racism. I've also reported lots of bugs to the forums, some I've reported to DEADMONSTOR personally
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
Easy to contact
I'm easy to contact and available most of the time either it be Teamspeak, Discord or Steam and I'm always free and ready to help anyone if they need help and can get on almost any time of the day unless I'm at school or out with some friends
Friendly
I'm friendly and welcoming to any new/old players to the server and don't act hostile towards anyone. I remain calm in any situation even if it's a difficult one (i.e the other player/s are being ignorant and just counting to argue even tho I've said multiple times that they're in the wrong which happened to me when I was mod)
Current&Past Experience
During my time as a staff member on ssrp (been staff on ssrp for about 1 year or more) I've gained lots of experience on staffing in general and how to deal with situations and remain calm in most situations. I've also been staff on bhop for a total of 6 months and during that time I've netted some experience on how the staff system works on bhop
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
I have not had a situation where I've required the assistance of an LT member yet, tho thinking about it there was this one problem where a map did not have a start zone nor an end zone which Taylor fixed <3
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would first write handling on the report abuse so another LT member won't use their time to handle it while I'm already looking into it after that I would look at the evidence (if there is evidence) provided in the report abuse look over it then contact the staff member that is being reported to get their side of the story, after getting their side of the story I would then make my verdict.
1st example of the report abuse being accepted:
Hello, Player X, I've looked over the evidence provided in your post and I've gotten Staff member Ys' story. The evidence you've provided and the story add up. Staff member Y did not handle the situation properly and for that, I've told him how to act in similar situations if they ever come up again, appropriate action will be taken against the staff member Y. Thank you for reporting this if you have more evidence of any other staff member not acting properly feel free to make another report abuse or contact any LT member on steam.
2nd example of the report abuse being accepted:
Hello, Player A seeing as you haven't provided any evidence I've contacted Staff member B to get their side of the story, seeing as your story and the staff members story add up I've come to the conclusion that staff member B didn't handle the situation properly, Staff member B being recently accepted in to the staff team and being new to staffing in general I've told him how to act these situations if they ever pop up again. No action will be taken against the staff member. Thank you for reporting this if you have more evidence of any other staff member not acting properly feel free to make another report abuse or contact any LT member on steam.
1st example of the report abuse being denied:
Hello, Player C, I've looked over the evidence you've proved and I've contacted the Staff member D to get their side of the story the story and evidence does match up, but staff member D did handle the situation properly so there won't be any action taken against the staff member. Thank you for making this report if you have any evidence of a staff member not acting properly feel free to make another report abuse or contact any LT member on steam.
2nd example of the report abuse being denied:
Hello, Player E seeing as there is no evidence proved I've contacted the staff member to get their story seeing as your story and the staff members story do not add up and we trust our staff team so I'm going to have to take his word, sorry if this isn't the outcome you desired but next time make sure to get proof like taking screenshots or recording there are multiple recording software that is simple and easy to use like plays.tv, shadowplay, obs, and others. Thank you for making this report if you have any evidence of staff members not acting properly feel free to make another report abuse or contact an LT member on steam.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would 1st contact the staff member to ask them why they think that ban time is justified if they do not provide a valid reason I would ask them to lower the ban to a more appropriate time or remove it and next time if they aren't sure of a good ban they should ask in admin chat and there isn't any admin online at that time they should contact other admins on Steam, TeamSpeak or Discord. If they continue to ban users for executive amounts of time they would be brought up in the LT meeting.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would 1st ask the staff member on what they're struggling in admin chat and if they say that this is their 1st time being in that situation, I would assist them in admin chat on how to finish the situation and after the situation is finished, I would explain to them how to handle that situation if it ever occurs again. If the staff member is struggling badly I would step in and deal with the situation myself and after the situation is finished I would tell the staff member on how to act in those situations and if he ever needs help he can contact other staff members on steam on how to deal with that situation.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would ask the accusing Staff member F what rules did Staff member G break after being told the rules that staff member G broke I would ask them to get on TeamSpeak so I can talk to him about what he has done if Staff member G declines the claims I would ask if Staff member F if he has any sort of proof of what has happened which can help us resolve this situation. If Staff member F has proof that directly proves that Staff member G broke rules then I would ask Staff member G why he lied after that I'll take the appropriate action against Staff member G. If Staff member F doesn't have proof I would ask him next time to get proof their it be screenshots or video evidence and say this handled after that I will keep a close eye on Staff member G to see if he will break rules if staff.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would ask both of the staff members to cut out and join TeamSpeak so we can sort this out properly. I would ask Staff member H(the one whos the sparked the argument) why he started the argument and what's the reasoning behind was it just for fun, was it cause he didn't like Staff member J or was it cause there was a legitimate reason behind it. If he doesn't provide a legitimate reason I would tell him to sort this stuff out with Staff Member J. If Staff member H pulls something similar to this again there would consequences.
