I have learned a lot about the rules by becoming an admin. I think that as an administrator, I have obtained the necessary knowledge as well as a good composure when handling different situations. What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want): There are a number of reasons that I think I would make a good Super Administrator. Knowledge: My overall knowledge of the rules is good. I have been a player on Zarp for over 2 years and through playing the game as well as staff training and experience, I am fully aware of the rules on this server. This means that when I encounter someone breaking rules or acting inappropriately, I know exactly what to do in the moment. I have even helped out Super Admins and Head Admins before when they didn’t know something they needed to. Friendship: After playing on Zarp TTT for so long, I have made many friendships and connections with not only Staff Members, but Users as well. I help provide a friendly and safe environment for those playing that will make their TTT experience more enjoyable. I think that my connections with people along with how friendly and approachable I am will benefit Zarp and the people playing. Experience: As I have been a staff member for a good amount of time, I think that I have the necessary experience to become a Super Admin. I have also been a trustworthy and dedicated player throughout my whole time playing. I think being trustworthy is a very important aspect of a staff member and I haven’t done anything that might make me untrustworthy. Leadership: Through organizations outside of Zarp, I have taken on multiple Leadership roles. This wouldn’t be the first time that I would be someone that has the responsibility of watching over other people I work with, I have plenty of experience in that department. Due to this as well as my patience and knowledge, I think I would be able to be a successful Leader along with an understanding Teacher in our Staff Community. This is why I think I would make a suitable Super Admin. Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: One situation that I encountered as an administrator was a player that was blatantly hacking. Because cheaters can’t be punished on the spot, I was powerless to stop him and tried to notify a LT member. Eventually they got to handle it but if I was a Super Admin, I could have ran anti-cheat on him to try to get something instead of having to wait it out. Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member: First, I would try to get a grasp on the whole situation by reading through the Abuse Report. Then once I understand what is going on, I would talk individually with each person and get their personal story on what happened. [ Click to expand ][ Click to hide ] Hello, [Denied User], after reviewing your report, I can see that there is no proof that [Staff Member] ever abused his powers. If there is any evidence that is not included in the report that you think you should add, I would be happy to check it out. As of now, due to the fact that there is no proof that [Staff Member] abused his power, this report will be declined. Thank you for your time and have a nice day Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? I would message the staff member and tell him that the ban length is too long and needs to be reduced. I would also inform him why the ban should be reduced and the proper length of the new punishment. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? I would message the staff member either in game or on steam. I would give him advice on how to deal with the situation. Hopefully, the advice will help them deal with similar situations in the future. However, If the staff member continues to struggle I would need to deal with the user myself. After the situation is handled, I would need to talk with the staff member one on one and ensure he understand why I dealt with the situation as I did. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation? First, I would handle it as I would any other report abuse. I would gather information from both parties to try to understand the situation. After reviewing the information and proof, If the staff member was breaking the rules, I would give them a warning and inform them that if they continue to break rules that the punishment would be more severe. Even if the staff member wasn’t breaking rules, I would make sure both staff members are on good terms before leaving it be. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation? Hopefully I never find myself in this situation. That being said, I would take immediate action to try placate the staff members involved. I would also inform them that if this argument continues, it will have to be brought up in the LT meeting. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member? If the staff member purposely broke the rules and was purposefully harming other users, I would speak to the staff member and make sure he understands that he can’t be breaking rules. I would also have to bring it up in the LT meeting. |

You became admin like a couple weeks ago,
I don't see you in TS that often nor communicate with LT. Not active on the forums.. This could be due to time difference but for now I can't say more then it's a no for me. EDIT: - If you'd like some pointers hmu on Discord. |
