Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

my situation would be if I see a random guy on the server whose massrdming everyone and then leaves I would just ban him for 1-2 days.

Hello Player! I've read your appeal. I am talking to the person who banned you. We Decided to accept you because this is your first ban on our ban list. And you didn't know the rules. So please before rejoining read through the rules. get to know them. Which can help you on the server so your chances of getting banned lower.

Why I should be promoted:

Because i know that I've had low activity this week and not because I've been declined . This week I'll be more active on the server trying not to make mistakes. I'm really nice to people when I'm on the server if they don't understand how to play it I've always strived to help them learn and understand the game and server rules. If Anybody asks me about something I always tell them.
I'm really helpful on the server. And as a administrator i could handle the MassRDMers and also with some serious racism by giving them the punishment that the breach in rules demands.

As a administrator i would be on everyday for Approximately 4 or 5 hours it can even be all day if it its a weekend or a bank holiday.

My ultimate aim for the upcoming week is to handle more reports and better myself as an admin whilst also gaining the experience needed to become an admin.
