Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
I feel that in my time i have been able to get a better understanding of the server rules and i know the staff team better.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If someone was mass rulebreaking such as spamming or metagaming.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

The ULX menu would need to be bound with 'bind <key> "ulx menu"'

Teleportation:

Punishment:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I'd read the users ban appeal, I'd see how long it has been since the ban was placed, if it was a recent ban, in the last 2 weeks, I'd deny the appeal since they haven't had time to think on their actions. However if it has been a while I would see how apologetic they were with the appeal to see if they are sincere or they are wanting to come back online and hack again. If it appeared to be honest I would accept their ban appeal but if it happens again they would have less chance of being unbanned.

Why I should be promoted:

I feel I should be promoted because I have proven myself trust worthy because I am a member of the SSRP staff team and know other staff members closely and have been proven to be trusted. I can help out users if they have issues on the server such as if someone was breaking a lot of rules I can take appropriate action by either kicking or banning them which would improve the players experience on the server.
