Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match more commonly abbreviated to “RDM”. It is the act of killing someone without a valid role play reason.
Some examples:
Player 1 kills Player 2 when Player 2 is putting items in their shop.
Player 1 kills Player 2 in spawn for no reason.
Player 1 kills Player 2 when they are AFK mining.
Player 1 kills Player 2 when Player 2 is mugging him - this is RDM as he is under Fear RP.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
The New Life Rule more commonly abbreviated to NLR. Is when you go to the same district before 3 minutes of dying there but there are some exceptions to this rule in some scenarios.
An example:
Player 1 kills Player 2 on Server 1 in the Bank District - there is no bank raid - and Player 2 comes back to the Bank District before the 3 minute cooldown has ended and tries to kill Player 1.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
As player x would be the one making the report I would ask him for his side of the story if it was not RDM from what he said, like player x was killed in a raid of a base to player y (the person defending) I would explain to him that under rule 2.2 (RDM) one of the examples stated says “The player attempts to destroy or steal your property”. I would tell him that as he was raiding him he was trying to “destroy or steal” his property he was allowed to kill him.

If player y’s side is needed I would ask him why he killed him if he admits to RDMing him I would give him an appropriate punishment. If he says he has a reason that logs can’t show like he shot him first I would ask player x for evidence if he has proof and it clearly shows that he was RDMed I would give player y an appropriate punishment. if the evidence is of poor quality so what happens can’t be seen I would ask the player to use better recording software and that I would have to let player y go free but that I would keep an eye on him.

In all situations depending on whether the player is new or not would depend on the punishment given. If the player was new I would give them a verbal warning and explain to them the rules and tell them to read them fully and that if it is to happen again a warning would be issued. If the player is not new I would give them a warning and still explain what they did wrong as they may not have realised it. If the player had full knowledge of what he was doing, possibly doing it intentionally, I would give him a warning and without telling him I would see if he is consistently doing if so I would give out an appropriate punishment.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Like in the situation above I would look through the situation and depending on what is said in the sit and the evidence provided and the recent punishment of the player I would come to a verdict on if NLR is broken and what punishment is appropriate.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words):
I have held the ranks of Prop Hunt Administrator, TTT Administrator and Surf Moderator this shows that I am able to staff on servers and have the knowledge from experience. My incident with being Prop Hunt permanently banned was fully my fault and I take responsibility for it. It was one of the times I put my interests before what was the right thing to do but this has not happened since and I know it will not happen again.

I have mast a good knowledge of the rules and my rapsheet is clean I have no punishment and may want to follow the rules is what makes me think that I am a good candidate for the SSRP Staff Team. From experience, I may struggle as staff at the beginning but I will pick it up and staff to the best of my ability.

I have a lot of time so I can be active in handling situation and not just role play all the time and get the minimum. I try to improve of what other people tell me to for example with shit posting I know bearly ever post on the forums showing I can change to what people tell me to do. I try and take criticism and improve on it so I can Staff better.

I report thing rules being broken when I can so that the server is a better place for all players. I hope to help SSRP and to improve the experience for other players as SSRP is the biggest server on ZARP and it will be central to keeping the community alive and I want to see the community survive as it is the only thing I have to do. I won’t go inactive for long times and will get the 20 F1 requirement every week I can.
