Estimated Server Time: Like 5 Hours I guess

Languages I speak: German and English

Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
First I'd ask the Player if he even knows what to do on Bunnyhop and what the Goal is.
If he doesn't know, I'd explain him that first.
After that I'd tell him that he needs to Hold the Spacebar to automatically jump.
Now I'd tell him that he needs to Jump forward and then stop pressing 'W'.
Everytime he lands on the ground he needs to switch between pressing 'A' and 'D'
When he presses 'A' he needs to look slightly to the left and while pressing 'D' he needs to look to the Right.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
First I'd ask him nicely to Stop Mic or Text Spamming, basically I'd give him a Verbal punishment first.
If he continues doing it I'd either Chat or Globally mute him.
The lenght of the Mute depends what he spammed and how long for.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
First I'd confront him and tell him that exploiting is'nt allowed on the Server.
Then I'd decide the punishment, if I'm gonna leave him with a Verbal Punishment, Warn him, Kick him or ask an Admin if he could ban him.

Why I should be chosen:
I think I should be chosen, because I like to help the community out by stopping players breaking rules.
Also I think I have a decent attitude towards either Admins or Users.
I know that I'm fairly new into the Server but I'm a really old player with in the community, so most of the staff team should know me already.
Also I'm an EX Admin of the SSRP Server, which means I know the basics as a Staff Member.
