Hacking:
hacking is a banable thing as where if a player is seen doing it make shore you have proof before you show it to and AS or higher up or if you have not seen it but heard it you would spectate the player to see this and if you find out that they were make sure you have shadow play on to record it or some sot of proof to back you up when you put this on the forum.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hey there!
Having read your application and talking to other staff members, We have decided remove the ban. I'm glad you have reformed and happy to have you back as a ZARP TTT player!
However if we catch you hacking or cheating again, the next ban will be definite.
On top of all that I suggest you read through the rules before playing!


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I would like to apply for admin as i think i am really ready for it and that i also know everything there is with the main rules and i know Dr house will go into the note of me doing something i did which he will mention which i should have listed too, i have been a mod now for 4 weeks and i think i am ready for a step up now as i am very friendly with the server i know due to my absents last week that i may not get chosen due to that it was cause my pc went off to get repair and have a new fan installed and it would be nice to get this step up.

The thing you did is a thing of the past, no worries about it.

Tho you need to fix your activity if you want to become admin.

If you can get back to a similar activity and don't make any further mistakes there shouldn't be a problem about being promoted.

A few things I see that need to be adjusted in your application:

-You cannot ban someone for hacking, the most you can do is spectate them and record footage of them cheating. You can then send this to a leadteam member and they will vote on a punishment in the meeting.

-And one smaller thing, add some BBcode to make it look nice!

Unless I completely missed your gametracker account, you haven't play that much recently. You should work on that over this week.

You can't ban someone for hacking as an admin, you will have to contact an SA+ or higher if you believe someone is hacking. Also, you have been inactive for over a week(not your fault however). Just keep the activity up and I feel you would be a good fit for administrator.

Personally, I feel you need a bit more experience as a moderator. You are yet to make proper use of the staff discord and you also posted this earlier in the week. Another week or so wouldn't do any harm

Apart from the ban situation I think your app is good and you have a good grasp of the rules but I think in game you can get quite annoyed at rule breakers and in those situations you should just take a breather and try to stay calm. Overall it's a from me
