Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:Promotion Related
I feel that being a moderator for nearly a month has really helped me grasp the whole f1 situations and what not to warn/verbal warn for, I feel as if I have put in a lot of work towards doing the f1s and helping out other staff members when they have needed a quick question to be answered or if they wanted me to tp to them to help out in a different f1, I really feel as if its time to go up a rank so I can deal with the rule breakers and trollers as they ruin the experience for everyone on the server and I'm not on about the occasional accidental rule breaks I mean the people who log on to ruin the experience of a fellow zarp player.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user)
Okay so this happened on the first week of being mod someone claimed a cop stole from there Health booster which then led from the player to kill the cop, now the cop was saying he was rdm'd from the player and the logs showed he was killed so I asked for proof none had any I had an admin tp to me and they were baffled by this situation too and said it was my call so I let them off with a verbal as a warn would of been false and harsh as there wasn't sufficient proof.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Firstly I would add my words congratulating them to the zarp team, then I would start off saying that they will experience the odd user that is a handful and will feel stressed at sometimes but its all worth it and if they need any help be sure to message me or another admin through the admin chat this way they will get a quick response. Then I would say that make sure you don't random tp staff as they find it very annoying and can end badly for you if you persist it I wouldn't exactly run through all the commands as they have training for that and don't want to be the guy who thinks hes the bigger rank than everyone else, I would say to always be nice to people and in stressful situations to remain calm and be the guy that people look up too as you must be setting an example so obviously no rule breaks while playing, then I would say that you will meet some great people simply because the community and staff are brilliant and will always be willing to help if you find yourself stuck id mention I'm always available on steam and add them so if they need a hand they can message me via steam and ill come on as soon as I can to help out what ever needs doing, now people will be rude its just how things work but no matter what stick with your guns do not say one thing then 2 seconds change your mind because this isn't fair on the players and can cause a lot of confusion, then I would recommend doing as many f1's as possible to get use to the system and how it all works and inform them that they would be fine.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Well I would review the ban over again and see that this is obviously a tad harsh if the person was only doing the reason they were banned but before I make my mind up on any decision id ask for opinions from other staff to stop myself being biased as it might just be me thinking its harsh when it could be a good reason but for this case having given the all clear I would probably lift it or just shorten the ban to a shorter period of time.

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words)
Okay I feel as if I should be promoted as I genuinely love zarp I have been a very long serving player and feel I have come to find my self in many situations feeling kind of stuck simply because I need a ban on someone because of a very important rule being broken lets say (MASS RDM) I need an admin to come and ban this person but there are none online... I'm in a pickle here as I know how to sort the situation out as most admins would do but I haven't got the right commands to do so, so what do I do here I have to use the kick but I feel as if its not enough as I have helped a lot of people and when some one does need a ban I have gotten a few big rule breakers banned thanks to responding to the situation quick as an admin would do I feel as if I think like an admin too when no f1's are made and I can clearly see someone breaking rules I will tp them to me talk it out and give the correct punishment they need depending on which one of the rules was broken. I have been asked by a few people how I'm not an admin yet but that's simply because I wanted more time to gain experience and I feel I am ready for the task/role of being an admin now, I love helping people and really enjoy the server my game time hasn't really changed at all maybe a little bit less because of work but apart from that I'm mostly on and active all the time I get on well with staff members and community players too and would really fancy the task of being a higher rank.

Hey Alexzander! If you want to be administrator on ZARP SSRP, you will have to go through the whole process. You have to apply for moderator first and after gaining some staff experience and trust you can then apply for admin. If you have permission to apply for admin directly, please tell me.
