Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If a person is being really disrespectfull to staff or being really racist so first i would gag him . After a round i would ungag him . If he keeps beig really disrespectfull spamming in chat racist things i would kick him. But if he rejoins and keeps doing it i would just ban him for a 1 day.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello Player x i readed ur appeal . I am the one who banned you for your actions that lead to your appeal. We Decided to accept you cuz this is ur first ban on ur ban list. And you didnt know the rules. So please before rejoining read through the rules . get to know them. Which can help you on the server so your chances of getting banned lower.

I think I should be promoted cuz i know all of the rules . And im a really trusted guy i know all of the commands wat to do. I always be on the server when theres low people as a administrator for me will be a big role.Cuz i have more ability to do stuff. As an Administrator i would be better at helping people around when they need something to ask or deal with some reports and help the community aswell.I am really trusted as being the administrator on this lovely server. Every day i spend on this server like 6-10 hours . On the server as a administrator i will have more abilities to help uot . Im really friendly on the server to all the players. Thank You for Reading my Application.

How come your "Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:" & "Explain how you would handle the following situation:" are the exact same as donuts (word for word)?
