How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
I would find out who the person being bullied is and move then to a private Spacer channel. I would then discuss with him what happened. I would then remove the player from the channel and add the bully. I would then ask him to give his side of the story. The severity of the situation affects the outcome as if it wasn't that severe, I would give them a warning and tell them not to do it again but if it was severe and I have enough valid proof, I would go on to ban the bully. The time they will be banned will also be based on the severity of the situation.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately.

Some of the administrative features are:
Move: This can be done by dragging a players user name into other channels.

Kick: I would use the kick command to either kick users from the channel or the server. I would kick them from the server if, for example they are mic spamming or being rude to other players. If I kick someone from the channel they will go to the lobby/AFK room. It usually happens before I would move on to harsher punishments such as a ban.

Ban: I will use this command to ban users that are constantly breaking TOU repeatedly after several warnings.

Set Server Group: Sets a client's group for the server I would use this when a player gets promoted to staff on a server but hasn't received the badge during their training, or when a player is demoted.

Remove Avatar: This can be used to remove a users avatar if their current one is inappropriate.


Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).
I think I should be chosen because I am a responsible member of the zarp community. I have been here for a total of around 4 years (coming and leaving) and I have recently proven my trust by becoming TTT Admin. I also think that I should be chosen because I visit the teamspeak everyday and for several hours. I have been TS staff multiple times in the past when I was part of the TTT leadteam, so I know what is expected of me and how to deal with many situations I will encounter whilst on TS.

I don't even know if this is allowed but I'm technically staff on a server now so I meet the requirements to apply.
