How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3/Discord?:
I would move the person being bullied into a spacer and make sure he is ok. After I know he is ok I would ask him fully what happened and what was offending him. Then I would move the bullies into another spacer and say that what they were doing was causing offence to the user and that they are going to receive an appropriate punishment - probably a ban - and if it would where to continue after it would lead to more severe punishment. Then I would punish the bullies and let the user go.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:
Move User – This command is used to move a user from one channel to another. It would appropriately used to move a person to a spacer - with there permission - or moving people to the meeting room.

Set Server Group – This command adds or removes someone's server group. It would appropriately be used when someone’s being trained to give them their rank in TS3 or removed if someone gets demoted or resins it can then be removed.

Kick User from channel/server – This command is used to kick a player out of the channel/from the server. It would appropriately be used if someone is breaking a minor rule and doesn't need a ban. I would tell them what they were doing wrong and not to do it again. Then they would receive the punishment.

Ban User from the server – This command is used to ban a player from the server. It would be appropriately used if someone was breaking many rules or a major rule. I would tell them what they were doing wrong and not to do it again. Then they would receive the punishment.

Delete user’s avatar – This command removes a players avatar. It would be appropriately used if the avatar is inappropriate or breaks TOU. I would tell the player that their avatar was inappropriate or breaking TOU, that it has been removed and if you are to put it back on your would recive an appropriate punishment.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):
I should be chosen because when I’m on my laptop I’m usually on TS3 meaning that I’m available if there is a rule breaker or someone needs help. I hold or have held the rank of TTT Administrator, Prop Hunt Administrator and Surf Moderator, showing that I’m experienced with staffing and can help a server and I’m trusted with staffing powers. When staffing on the servers I do my best to help users and keep the server free from rule breakers in a fair way. I’m friendly and the TTT Lead Team pet
