You're definitely not ready to become a Super Admin again currently, and I sincerely hope that you are making this application with the intent of getting feedback rather than expecting to be given Super Admin a week after getting Admin again.

You've always been someone who is very direct and straight to the point, and though this isn't always a bad thing, it does come across in a way that makes you seem rather arrogant and/or seeming to have a bad attitude at times. This may not be what you intend from this, of course, however there are times where you should try to work on trying to be more friendly with users and staff who are not necessarily your friends.

My personal opinion (which I generally try to enforce, except in some cases where it is more beneficial to think differently) is that you should remain as staff and showing consistent improvement and good attitude for at least 3 weeks to a month before getting Lead Team again, whilst also showing excellent activity and involvement in this time.

You weren't a bad Lead Team member in the past, however I do remember you having some attitude issues in various areas (again, may not have been intended, this may be due to the way that you like to deal with things), and have been known to get into arguments or snap at people in some situations where it would not have actually been necessary (I have had one or two complaints about this in the past week as well, however I cannot be certain of the validity, so these recent complaints are not being taken into account in the formation of my opinion).

The only feedback for areas that you can improve in that I can think of currently are time and attitude. Keep working hard ingame, interacting on Teamspeak, posting on the forums, but also try to maintain a positive, friendly attitude with everyone and try to avoid any occasional lapses that you may have. Keep this up for the next 3 weeks and you'll have my support for sure. There's no question about your experience, dedication and ability to manage the team, and as far as I can see, your activity is very good.

I am still upright and friendly. In the time that I've been back, I have mended with those that I felt worthy because I did do something wrong when I left. And it was not rushed it wasn't impulsive but it was needed. I also get why you would call me arrogant because when I was SA/HA I did speak up about the things that I disagreed with until the point it got smacked down.

I left and became unaware of the TTT scene for a while and I said some stuff that I shouldn't have done but once again I've mended with those that needed to be done.

I am VERY shocked to see that once again people are making accusations against me after I just defended off the last one.

I am not doing this for feedback, my potential is greater than being an admin. Up until this day, I'm helping out more then I should be. Correcting certain points on new staff members where they have been taught wrong. My attitude is the exact same as when I used to be staff and until this day no one has told me that it has been bad.

You have all the credentials necessary for being a SA and have past experience as being an HA. The only issue I have is with time. You recently came back as administrator and have decided to jump right back into SA. I would like for you to wait longer in order to prove your dedication to the server.

Theres a lot I want to say about how you used to be before you resigned (and trust me, in my books it was all positive), but dude... you've been back for a month and a half at best. Play the long game, wait it out. You have the ability and dedication to get all the way back up where you were, but this is too soon.

Re-apply in 2 weeks and you will see less reds and a lot more greens, one of them from me.
