Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: The player in question RDMed 4 people in one round and then left the game. This would result in me banning him for Mass RDM+LTAP for a day or more depending on recents.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Accepted User:
Hello (Banned user), after talking with a higher staff member, it was decided that your actions on the server did not deserve a lifetime ban. Your appeal will be accepted and you will be unbanned. Keep in mind that any future offenses of this nature will result in another ban.
Denied User:
Hello (Banned used), after a conversation with a higher staff member regarding your appeal, it was decided that your actions were worthy of a lifetime ban. We do not condone your actions on ZARPGaming. This appeal was not accepted and your ban will stay.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): If I was an admin I believe that I could help this server more. With the ability to ban people I could control the server better. When I was a staff member, I would find myself in situations where someone should be banned but there are no admins online to do it and I have to contact someone to get on. I also believe that I was a kind staff member and generally calm and collected when handling reports. I also think I have good relationships with staff members and the players on ZARP. I love talking to new players and old friends on the server and making everyone's day better. I have good activity on this server and I would like to believe that I was a good mod, the only thing I didn't do a lot as a mod is attend meetings but that's because my parents are annoying and make me do stuff. I was a moderator on Zarp for about a month and a half and an Admin for a Decent amount of time. I have a good amount of experience as a staff member and would like to be one again.

Could you please provide us with the name of the Head Admin+ who gave you permission to apply for Admin?

Your in-game activity is alright. If you can keep it up at a consistent level it should be good for the next meeting. I think you should expand on your response to the "Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command" question. I'd like to see your interpretation in some more situations where you may or may not want to ban a player.

Keep your activity up till the meeting and you have my support. As long as you had permission to apply for admin of course. Edit: Seems like Nepgear gave permission. Your application looks rushed from what I see and make the questions bold to have a better overview. Your activity is fine but could get improved and your attitude is fine from what I have seen ingame.

Your an ex Admin your activity is good but you have 2 recents. One for RDM which can be overlooked as we all make mistakes. The second is for Chat Spam (A mute and a warn) which you would have had to go out of your way to do. Although I think you will be ok.	Kim. Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP TTT! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application

We just wanted to say Congratulations! The staff team has voted to accept your application, which means you’re now a part of the ZARP staff.

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. Just join the Zarp TeamSpeak and get in touch with a TTT SuperAdmin or higher or add a SA+ on Steam.
