Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: I would find it necessary to use the ban command if someone was playing racist content over his/hers mic and trying to hide it over the rewards banner

Explain how you would handle the following situation:Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?My response would have to depend how the person cheated if it was something serious like knowing who every T was i would say keep him banned when it came down to me and the other admins disscussing it.if it was something not so serious like being invunrable i would say put his ban to 2-3 days when it came down to disscussing with the admins.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words)
i should be promoted because i can handle my self on a sever alone and i do ask admins if this person shoulde be banned. I have had angry outbursts this week. I have tried to be the best mod I can be. I have tried to be as active as I can be this week. I'm friendly to the new staff and I try to teach the new people the rules. I know this isn't 100 words but I've done this 4 times already so I'm running out of ideas

PS:i thank you all for reading and i can someone fix the links I don't know how and the promise still stands longshot also please put down any mistakes down below and nepgear allowed me to go straight for admin

Regardless of when you want it handled, all applications are handled on the week of them being posted, so this will be handled tomorrow.
