Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

I know that im not the mod who have been it for the longest. But i feel that with the time i have i have really seen alot of players from there better side and from worse. I feel way more secure about handeling sits and have grown way more patience then i've ever thought i would have.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

Within my small time of being an mod i've had a couple obstacles where i would have to require an admin. Times where some players would keep on rdm'ing after i've warned them where a time out in jail would have help more. Most recently i've handled a few sits where the acused player would have had so many recent a ban would be more responsible towards the players that actually wants to RP.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

After giving them the ethos and explaining them with some context to it, I would start to go through the commands and how to use the admin tool with them.

Teleport commands.

/bring Brings the target to you
/tp Teleports the target to where you are looking, if no target is selected then the user is automatically selected.
/goto Teleports the user to the target
/back Teleports the user back to the position they were at before being teleported.
/backspawn Teleports the target back to spawn

Punishment commands.

/voicemute name time (seconds) This is used to prevent the target from using their microphone for a set amount of time.
/chatmute name time (seconds) This is used to prevent the target from using text chat or a set amount of time.
/warn steamid This is used to to give the target a warning if they break a rule, such as RDM.
/slay name type This is used to kill the target

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

After reading your ban appeal i've checked ur rapsheet and as you said this is you're first ban ever. I have talked with the admin who banned you and after told him that this was you're first ban. And that the time is a bit harsh for suck a rule break. We have reduced you're ban to one week. If you then do it again the ban will be longer next time. I recommend you go in and read the server rules.

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):

I would see my self be able to handle more sits properly since i am very restricted with the abilities as mod. I've seen a side of my self that i didnt think was possible. I'm normally active as the only staff member active during the early hours of the day. I see my self in every team meeting there is, cause im a hour ahead here in denmark and im normally not doing anything at that time. I start of by first being on one of the servers from 06:30 GMT+1 till 09:00 GMT+1, then again from 13:00 GMT+1 for the rest of the day and evning.
