Over the 2 or so months of being a mod ive had to learn the rules a bit more, gotten a lot of good knowledge from fellow staff and admins, have had to deal with a lot of minges and ppl mass breaking rules and feel as if id be a good fit with the admin team to further help make zarp clean, as a mod im limited on powers and always find myself needing an admins help punishing a player further then I can do

Back when I first became a mod I had a group of friends, around 5 ppl mass prop spamming, prop pushing killing miners and was the only staff on, and every time id warn and release them theyd start back up, was really difficult to chorale them and keep them at bay, but after I warned one for the 4th time and they saw it was a 60 min ban they all left and never came back.

Also have had numerous ppl spamming racism when im the only staff on, and had to try and handle accordingly







Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would discuss with the staff member that banned them privately and explain that this is their first offense and perm may be a bit harsh and to consider lowering it, would then explain that if they re offended they will be punished further. Also let them know to read the rules while they are banned.

I feel that my time as a moderator has been a learning experience, also feel as if ive got a better explanation of the rules since dealing with a bunch of diff situations, as a mod im very tied on what I can and cant do and a lot of times I get on during the night and have ppl tryin to kill miners or other players ruining their EXP on the server, I think as an admin id be able to handle things a lot easier being able to instantly freeze a rule breaker, jail them or ban them if needed, I think I would make a good admin an help the server
