If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Hello new moderator colleague,
so welcome to your staff position on Surf.
Basically you don't have to do much, your duties are to moderate the voice- and textchats and help users with their questions and generally have an eye out for troublemakers who are looking to ruin the gameplay experience for others..
The commands do what they are saying. The kick command for example kicks people of the server.. obviously.
You may or may not attend the weekly Surf meetings on our Teamspeak server every Friday at 8 pm GMT. If you want to go for Admin you have to attend to at least one meeting.

If you have any questions regarding the server or staffing or need help with handling users feel free to contact me or another Surf staff member.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Welp, first off I wouldn't have been allowed to ban the user myself since I can't access the anti cheat logs/whatsoever.
Secondly it is stated in the "Answering your own appeals or reports" policy that Admins are not allowed to handle appeals for punishments that they've issued by themselves.

So the answer to this question is: I wouldn't have banned the player in the first place and I would not handle the appeal.

Also I attended one Surf meeting and have been Surf Mod for 2 months. ~
I'm TTT Owner so I'm trustworthy. c:
I have muted 4 people and kicked one guy during my time on Surf, so very productive.

I still enjoy playing the gamemode and giving support to our users.
