Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:

I think that my time as a Prop Hunt Moderator has made me understand the rules of the server more and I have become closer to the staff team. I am also a SSRP Admin which shows that I am trusted and know what I am doing.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

It would be appropriate to you the ban command if the player is:
Mass Rulebreaking
Constantly being Racist
Hacking/ Mass Exploiting
Still breaking rules after many punishments

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would first read the appeal and see how much effort the user has put into the appeal. I would also see what other users are commenting on the thread so how other people in the community are reacting to this appeal. I would then wait till another admin+ handles the appeal as I wouldn't be able to as I banned them then I would speak to them and give my view on the situation. I would probably say that the player should be unbanned as it is their first ban but if they did it again they would be permanently banned.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

I think I should be promoted to administrator because I have connected with the rest of the staff team and played Prop hunt with them while I have been staff. Also I have shown my dedicated through my other role as a SSRP Admin. Also if someone is mass rulebreaking I would have to wait for a admin to come on to ban them as I am only able to kick them which wouldnt be an issue if I was admin as I would ban them with no wait.
