Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Random Death Match(RDM) Killing another player without roleplaying reason. Example of this is player Y walks up to player X on the street and kills him with a colt python randomly. There are exemptions for this like if you are in their base or you are harassing them and the warn 1/2/3.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: New Life Rule(NLR) Is a rule that implies after you die in-game you have a completely new life and the actions that happened to you in the previous life are forgotten. In addition, you cannot return to that area of the map for 3 minutes. An example of this is Player X attempts to raid Player Y’s base and he gets killed in the process so they have to wait to return to that district in addition to the raid timer.

Explain how you would handle the following situation
Player x accuses player y of RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.: First I would create an admin sit and have them both in the same area to explain both sides of the story. Then I would ask for proof from player X Video or screenshot. If player X cannot provide evidence for his claim then I would not punish player y with a warning.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y of breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in the console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. First off I would create a sit and ask to summon both players. After they were both summoned I would player X for proof of him breaking NLR after he killed him due to logs usually not being sufficient.I would then ask Player Y why he was breaking NLR in the first place and see if he had done it multiple times. If there was evidence of him breaking NLR I would give player Y a warn.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words): I should be chosen due to my consistent activity and many f1’s, Also I am very active and am on usually around 5-10 hours a day. I have been in this community since 2016 and I have wanted to be staff for quite some time but I wanted to improve as much as possible before I applied again after my other application. I did have one permanent ban about 6 months ago but I believe I have improved for the most part and will never repeat those actions. An example of this is I try to help out new players and some old when they are in need by giving them maybe a small amount of money or items. I also am on at night every night so I can help with the minge problem that happens daily and try to help zarp with the toxicity as well. I used to be very toxic and not interact with the community but I’ve been improving by helping players base and defend also be active in the discord as much as possible.I do have my slips every now and then I’m only human but I am improving on thinking before I speak lol. My Thoughts:
Alot of effort into your application

I dont see you much on the servers, nor do i see you making F1's or reporting rule breakers.

I think you should gain more trust within the staff team

I don't see what's wrong with his attitude... He's active on the servers other STAFF are NOT active on, S3 and S2 are full of minges but all the staff do that go on those servers is mine. We need more staff on those others servers. The only occasion you'll find quite a lot of staff on S3 is when the megabase happens. Soon as it's over server is full of rulebreakers. When I go check S3 out it's full of rdmers, prop surfers etc.

While S3 is definitely not the most active server, as previously mentioned, we could always use the extra pair of hands to help out on other servers since most people usually join S1. You have high and consistent activity and your application is pretty good too. Should you be accepted I would try and distribute your time between S1 and S3 because it will make your life easier to hit your F1 count.
