Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

• When someone has been harassing someone on the server and doesn't stop after being told to.
• Being Racist after being warned about it.
• Having multiple recent warnings.
• Mass RDM's and LTAP's

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology, and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

There would be two reasons why he would want to get unbanned:

First one and most preferable one:
He apologized in his appeal and is sorry about the situation, he claims he won't do it again and wants to play in the community.

Second one and not wanted:
He wants to get unbanned to exploit/cheat again in the server. He doesn't apologize and just wants to give the appeal a shot.

I cannot handle an unban appeal of my own doing.

If I were to handle this I would do the following:

First i'd check if there's evidence against him cheating if there is I would ask for the evidence to see it myself and to talk to the staff member who banned him in the first place.

Scenario without evidence:

If so he has no evidence I would ask a SA+ should I handle this case.
If the superior staff member says to do what I think is right:

If there isn't any evidence of him cheating and his apology is sincere I would lower the ban to 1 week to make him wait another week to rejoin our community and state that we will be watching closely and if it does reoccur he would be banned again.

Scenario with evidence:

There is evidence of him cheating on video, this means that he has no other reason to join the community. The ban appeal would be denied for the reason: you have been kicked and then banned for second time offence of cheating. This is a valid reason to ban you. You shall not be unbanned for now. You can appeal after having some time to think why you should be unbanned.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.

I'm a serious and straight forward person. I have had the role of HA in the past and I have always had my best foot forward until the day I left. I read through my resignation and came to the conclusion that there is no drama going on and I still have a passion for TTT. I know my activity is lacking at this moment but by the time of Sunday, it will be good.

I look forward to helping out again.
