How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator: I have been administrator for a few months now and I've been told by some Lead Team Members that I would be a great candidate to become one of them. I have shown a lot of dedication to the server by trying my best to handle as much reports as possible and improving the rank to the server.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want): I have been admin since July of 2018 and whenever i go on TTT or any Zarp server, i always enter teamspeak as well hopefully if another fellow staff member is on, i go to their channel. and have fun chatting and having fun.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: One situation was when a hacker was on TTT using wallhacks and aimbot. I spectated him multiple rounds and recorded to use as evidence for the LT. I was getting frustrated since I was not allowed to ban the player.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member: First, I would reply to the forum topic and say "handling." After that, I would contact the admin and after talking to them, I would post the outcome
Accepted Report:
If the report has a lot of evidence that this staff member abused I would give the staff member the talk and bring them up in the next TTT meeting if necessary for an official warning. I'd let the player know in the report that it was accepted and the staff member been talked to and it won't happen again.
Denied Report:
If it was a misunderstanding, I'll make it clear to the admin that he should avoid those kinds of situations, and let the player known that it was pure accidental and that admin will be more careful next time, though we advise the same from their end.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would contact the admin and ask them why they chose that amount of time so that I can get a better understanding. After that, I'd tell them that they should decrease the next time they ban the player.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would tell the staff member, "calm down and take some deep breaths. The player is just messing with you trying to get you pissed
so dont take his jokes seriously. If the same person makes a report in the server, let another staff member handle it so you can take a reliever."
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
First, I would place them in a spacer and ask them of what rule staff member B has broken. Next, I'd ask staff member A for evidence so that I can confirm the rulebreak. If the evidence is valid, I would bring him up on the TTT meeting and tell staff B to not attempt to rule break again. At the same time, I would ask a few trusted players to watch staff B if they attempt to break a rule again.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would tell staff A and B to calm down and talk to each of them privately to view both of their perspectives. After that, I bring them back together and tell them that TTT is all about having fun and dont take things very serious. We are a team to have fun and stop rulebreakers.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would tell in admin chat to get on Teamspeak to have a word with them. I would contact a Head Admin in the mean time so that we can discuss of what we shall do. If the situation is very serious, we might have to let him go and emergency demote him so he wont cause any more harm on the server.
