Languages I speak: English How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator: My time as an Administrator on Jailbreak has been Great. I have been Jailbreak Admin for a while now. I use to be a Jailbreak Head Admin and I came back and I got it straight away. I have a lot of experience of being Admin and using powers. As I am an SSRP Head Administrator that has helped me gain experience in leading a team due to the fact that I have been SSRP Head Admin for a long time. If I was to become a Bhop Super Administrator it would be handy as I could always be watching over staff and help them out with anything they need and also making sure that they are doing their job in the correct way. As a Lead Team member, there is a lot to be doing as you are a lead team member, I feel all my experiences from the other servers and Jailbreak will help me to becoming a Jailbreak Super Admin. What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?: The thing that makes me a good Super Admin candidate is all my experience I have gained over time of being Staff on the servers. Also, I have experiences with dealing with some staff members on other servers so that could help me be a Jailbreak Super Admin. I also have the dedication to the server as I'm always there to help and always online on the server. Even when I resigned they didn't remove my rank but I still logged on the odd time to help out the Staff Team or just, in general, helping a user when a Staff Member was in need for being helped in which was a good thing. I feel like I would be very good as I'm always there and willing to help. Activity My Activity within the community and the servers are very high. As a Jailbreak Administrator it is recommended to have 2 hours a week of activity and I try my best to be online on Jailbreak every day and getting as a Most activity as I can. The reason why I cannot connect to Jailbreak sometimes is that I am an SSRP Head Administrator where I have to be on a lot helping out the users/staff in need and I am also Server Owner of Surf & Bhop. Trust My Trust with Powers in the community is very high as I have Staff Positions across the community in that being SSRP Head Administrator, Surf Owner, Bhop Owner, TeamSpeak HeadAdmin, Deathun HeadAdmin and also Forum Global Moderator. On these servers, I do try my best to be helping out and in which my trust gets better and better over time from playing in the community. Dedication My dedication to Jailbreak is high because of my time spent as a Jailbreak Staff member. I have resigned before on Jailbreak once before due to not being able to get activity on Jailbreak but I have sorted that out and came back to the Jailbreak server. My dedication also is high across the whole community because of my activity and the Staff Positions I have in the community. They do include SSRP Head Administrator, Surf /BhopOwner, Deathrun Head Admin TeamSpeak Head Admin and also a Forum Global Moderator. Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: So far as a Jailbreak Administrator I have not encountered which was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member and there was none around to help. But if I was in this type of situation, for example, a Staff Member Abusing: So If I caught a staff member no clip abusing on Jailbreak I would first tp him as he's abusing to get to different areas on the server and ask him to get on Team Speak to talk. I would explain everything that is wrong what he did and make sure that he doesn't do it again. After that I would watch over him and also let a lead team member to keep an eye on him as it is a serious issue in what the Staff Member did. Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member: I would handle any Report Abuse the same way. As I would read over the report and then speak with the staff member and ask why he did this and explain to him what is wrong by abusing here is two examples of a report abuse being handled one is an Accepted one and the other a Denied report. After going through your Report I do notice that your video shows clear evidence of Staff X Abusing. After speaking with the Staff Member you reported he fully understand of what he done wrong and won't do this again. This Report will be brought up in the Lead Team Meeting , Thank you! I have looked over your report abuse and notice that you don't have any proof , I have already given you 24 hours to get proof but you didn't. Anyways Thanks for your report but next time you report a Staff Member or User get some proof as it would help you. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? Firstly I would ask the Staff Member to come on Team Speak and I would talk with him and ask him why this user was banned for X amount of time. I would explain to him that the time that you banned Player X is an excessive amount of time. I would tell him the reasons and why times he would ban a player for. I would then ask him if he agrees to un-ban the Player due to the fact that the ban was too un-fair and then say sorry for him. I would also say that hes not in trouble and just being told for next time for banning someone. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? If a staff member was dealing with a user when I am online and hes struggling I would help him out in the situation. I would try to control the situation and give Player X the punishment in which is needed. I would ask the staff member to come on Team Speak in where we can talk in private. So when the staff member comes on I would bring him through situations that could happen and tell him what do do in that situation. After I will try watch over the staff member for a few days and make sure that hes handling situations correctly and to the right standers of a staff member. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation? First I would take the Staff Member who is accusing the other staff member for Abusing. I would ask him to explain everything that happened , After him explaining I would Ask him if he has any proof if not I would still go to the other staff member who was being accused of breaking rules/Abusing and see if the staff member would admit to the situation and I would explain that is not allowed if he admits or If he doesn't Admit I would just watch the staff member to see if I can catch him again. But if the Staff Member who is accusing has proof I would also still speak to the other staff member to see if he admits and if he lies or not I would show him the proof what I was given. If the rules broken/Abuse is a very big deal I would bring him up in the lead team meeting. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks and argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation? Firstly I would take the Staff member onto Team Speak in where I can calm the Staff Member down and speak with him. I would explain to him what he was saying to the Staff Member was very disrespectful. I would ask him if he could always remain mature with the staff team and within the community. If the staff member was also getting angry with the Staff Team I would do to same by calming the staff member down explaining what he is doing wrong. Also If his act of constantly being disrespectful to the staff team and Pacific staff members I would have to bring him up in the lead team meeting to either demote the Staff Member or get him giving an official warning from the Lead Team. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member? If I was to spot a Staff Member breaking rules to the point of harming other users. I would approach the staff member by asking him to come on Team Speak so I could speak to him about this situation. For Example: The Staff Member was constantly TPing a user while he was playing, affecting him to be able to enjoy the server. I would tell the staff member that this is abuse and the Staff Member is not finding it fun that you are doing this to them and is complaining that you are abusing them. I would then tell him not to be tping people and to only be tping people in they get stuck in a wall or the roof of a map. I would then watch over that staff member for a week or two making sure that he is using his powers in the correct way and not abusing them or affecting players. If I catch the Staff Member doing it again I would speak to him for the second time and then bring him up in the Lead Team meeting for an official warning or a demotion. Any Feedback would be great!
