Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I feel like my time as a moderator has fulfilled many people's enjoyment in zarp, being admin will continue to progress and improve to help in the community and the ability to make actions faster as an admin I have also learned the menus and commands fast. I feel like it's a good step being a moderator before moving to a higher role to make sure myself and others have a good idea to handle players before having more commands.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): there was many situations I had to undergo the most painful was when a user is out of control and keeps killing myself over and over then ltap coming back then keeps RDMin, also mass RDM in spawn where there is a few RDMing and trying to handle this without faster commands was a pain.

If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

I have made this post to help you on your way to moderating the server you applied for. so let's get started

Tab Menu
so we are going to start with the tab menu commands there fast and easy to use all you do is press and hold tab and click the user you need.

The first command we have is the "kick" this command is mostly used by moderator's to remove a user that is prop spamming.
this command can also be used by clicking on kick on the tab menu while on the user's page then just give your reason why you would like to kick.


The next one on the list is "mute chat" this command is mostly used for users being rude to others playing in chat or spamming this works the same as "kick" but you also have to give them a time for how long you want them to be muted for.

Next, we have "unban from job" used to unban someone that has been banned from a job we recommend you seek the staff member that banned him from the job before unbanning or try to get more info before unbanning.

Next one on the list is "Freeze" this is a very useful one because its stops them from making ant actions in the game good for stopping rule breaker in there tracks. when you click on this you also have to give them a time for how long you want them frozen for.

Now we have "slay" this command has a couple of options to it this is used to quickly stop RDMers before the mess up someones roleplaying.

and from there we have "Mute globally" like mute chat but this will remove the right for them to use a mic good for mic spammer that dint listed or if there being rude don't confuse this one with "mute" this is for yourself and no one else.

Now we are on to the teleporting commands "teleport" "goto" "bring" and "back"

"teleport" teleports the user to were you are looking good for people breaking NLR to move them out the area

"goto" you go to the user used mostly to get to your f1's

"bring" this will bring the user to yourself mostly used to bring players for f1's

"back" this command teleports the user back to there last location or back to spawn there to choices like the others mostly used for your f1's

Most of the commands can be also used from the chat box by used the command "/" followed by the listed commands e.g /bring "steamid" or the users name but we recommend you use the steamid and some users have close to the same names and will use the command on more then one person.

so that's the tab menu we will now be moving on to more good stuff

The f1 menu

this menu would now be changed for yourself this menu will be full of commands and info you will need.
the first tab is the admin requests this give you a list of reports made my the users they give you a time, users name, a reason and if anyone is handling it please work from the top of the list unless users are afk to start an f1 just right click on one and handle the f1 if the user is afk you can move on still by right clicking again and about the f1 there is also copy to copy a couple of things that you may need went you f1 is done right click and mark as finished.

next tab we have warnings this gives you a list of recent warnings. easy and useful on the top right you have search log to find if the just been warned for something.

next tab we have logged this give you a lot of info on what's going on in the server you can also search on this one to find active on a user.

and the last tab is active NLR to check who has NLR's actvie also has a search on this one

F6 menu

the f6 menu this is a menu to check someone's warnings and ban's to the left you have a list you can check for online users and at the bottom, you can search via a steamid
good to find out if a player is a big rulebreaker or someone that just didn't understand a rule and would need helping

to warn a player use /warn "steamid" reason.

to unwarn a player use /unwarn "steamid" reason. this only removes a recent warning.

You can teleport by using /tp to teleport yourself to were you are looking

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology, and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for prop spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello player x I have read your unban appeal and you seem sorry for your actions I will be removing your ban today as you seem sorry and you put in effort to show this I will say that it's not only you on this server and I hope you don't do this again and it makes other players unhappy and it was unfair. if you can just read the rules for me again today before you come back on that would be great.


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I feel like the mod commands are okey but if I was promoted it would make my life so much easier and I could give back more. as there's not much I can help out with being mod I have had fun helping the server and I think if I was promoted I could offer a better standard of service to the players and stop asking other admins from there busy lives to help myself with a jail or a ban and I can remove props that are in the way without messing up players roleplaying
I should be promoted to help give back to this community for all the enjoyment I had in return.
