Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match aka RDM is when a person comes up to another player and kills the other player without any valid reason.
An example of this is if Person A comes up to Person B and just kills Person B without any RP reasons. If Player A for example comes up and mugs Person B with doing "/me Mug drop 4k or die!" and Person B is not dropping the 4k in a time Player A has "set" Player A can kill Player B. This is for example -a valid RP reason to kill someone.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New life rule aka NLR is when a player dies and respawns. They can't go back to the same district or kill the same guy that killed them until they have waited the NLR timer found top middle of the screen out on 3 mins. It's like forgetting his last life.
An example of NLR is if a person dies during defending a base. He is not respawned by defib, tactical insertion, etc. He comes back to the base to kill the raider before the NLR timer runs out.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would begin by heading to player x and ask if I could continue handling his report on a non rp area or roof. I would ask him to tell the story of player y rdming player x. After I've heard the story I would ask for proof (screenshots, clips, etc). If the proof is convincable I would bring player y to the roof/non rp area and ask him why he did rdm player x. If player y tells me he did mug but he adverted it instead of using /me I would just give him a verbal warning. If I don't see any reason he had a valid reason to kill player x I would warn player y for RDM. If player y's evidence was not convincable at all I would not bring player x and ask if player y needs anything more.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would head to player x and ask if I could further continue the report on a roof/non rp area. I would continue by asking if he got any proof because the console is not good enough proof for many cases. I would bring player y and ask why he was nlring at the first place. If he got any reasons why and got proof of it I wouldn't warn him for NLR, but if he hasn't any proof agains I will warn player y for NLR.
Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words):
I should be chosen because I have a great activity on all three servers. I am enthusiastic when I join and motivated to play sometime. I see sometimes that rule-breakers are doing their thing when most staff members are afk/offline. I want to stop them if I am online and other staff members aren't. I am a friendly person and helps other most of the time. I've got a great understanding of the rules and is trusted by most of the players. I've been in the community since 2013 and have liked my time on the server. I will hope I can help to make zarp a better place to be. I do also have experience with being a ssrp moderator when I was during summer. I wish this application can convince the staff members of letting me in the staff team again.
Sincerely Jeans
