Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: i'll say to him to dont spam, if he doesn't stop i'll warn him.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: i will warn him

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: two friends playing in different teams and telling info about hiders to each other. At the start of round my friend kills me, and while i spectating i tell info to my friend "Prop is on tree near barrels".

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): Staff activity is bad and zarp needs more active staff. i play almost every day and 11k mins is very long time. I know spots where you cant go without scripts/cheats so i can warn every unfair player. I can communicate with russian players. This is why i should be moderator.

Your activity is without any doubt, consistent. Your application is super rushed, minimal effort put into it. Also, another problem is going to be your attitude, we don't want a person on the staff team who is going to insult other players. Also, this concern me:

You constantly saying how: "Prop Hunt is shit", "Prop Hunt is bad", Prop Hunt this, Prop Hunt that. Yourself doing this is a perpetual thing and it has been going on for some time. Also, saying that you know a BIG stupid bug and not telling us is also going to affect you, if you know any bugs/rulebreaking bugs, it is mandatory that you report them. Anyways, you can expect a No from me on the following meeting.

Honestly, it's quite ironic that you constantly say the server is shit but then apply for staff. I recognise your old name from when I was staff and I know for sure you are very active. Although, your attitude could use some work.

I would love to have him as an moderator beacause he is very active and he knows some of the glitches and can be with an eye on players who use them.
