~About Me~

Hello,
my name is Nepgear(Cedric in RL) I am 17 years old and currently studying Game Development. I came like 5 months ago on the server and applied for Moderator around this time too. I’ve been staffing on the server for around 5 months basically and tried my best to give out fair punishments and try to keep the fun for everyone on the server. 2 months ago I got promoted to Super Admin and was happy to help the server even more than just keeping the server clean of RDMer and rulebreaker. I started training people and tried to keep the staff team free of those staff who were just inactive or abused their powers. I have a good connection to the people on the server and a lot of people actually like me. If anyone needed help, if it was a simple question they had (for example question about the rules) I gladly took some time to explain the rule to the user or staff member or if people needed help for applying for Moderator. Even though I am a Super Admin I didn’t left my duties as a staff member on the server and still tried to be online for at least some minutes the day and moderate the server.

-Plans as a Head Admin-

My plan as a Head Admin is to get even more people to apply for Moderator, cause I noticed (due to our lack of staff) that at the afternoon hours that there is 1 to none staff member on the server to keep the server free of rulebreakers. I often getting messages at those times from various player from the server that there is no staff and that there are a lot of RDMing going on and all that stuff. Even if I am playing something else with some friends I come on the server that at least the player on the server have fun on the server and not leaving, because they are no staff at those times ( I am already trying to this as a Super Admin, but I have the feeling that when I am Head Admin that people think that this is even more worth when a Head Admin tells them to apply). Other than that I just generally want to help out the other Head Admins, due to Luki resigning (Rest in Peace Luki you will never be forgotten), in removing warnings and punishments and all the other things they are working on.

Things why I should be promoted

Attitude

I am very friendly and like to help people when they are in need of. I usually try to communicate as much as I can with the users and other staff member to ensure that I know the staffs and the user who are playing on the server and that I can help people and they know, that when they need help that they could come to me. I am also active on Teamspeak and try to talk with other people from other server too. I am not only training those newer Moderator and Admins I am also looking over them when I am on the server and try to help them when they are in need of.

Experiences

As I previously stated I am staffing on the server for about 5 months now and I think I have a lot of experience on how to handle certain situations and can help other staff member with my knowledge. In those 5 months of staffing I was 2 months Super Admin and got some more experiences out of my time as a Super Admin too. For example I trained a lot of people in my time as a Super Admin and made sure that there are no inactive staff member, I handled some punishment requests against some staff member.

Teamspeak and Forum

As I said before I am very active on the Teamspeak and try to get other staff member to come on Teamspeak that the overall bounds in the staff team is getting stronger and that we all come along better. I am usually checking the Forums multiple Times per day and try to post to everything TTT-related on the Forums.

Time

I try my best to get on every day and play for some time and I in my time as a staff member on this server I never got less than 4 hours per week and usually get way over this mark. When I am on the server I do my normal work as a Super Admin and do reports and punish people who are not behaving right. I even get on when people are in need of a staff member and when no other staff member is available.

Extra

First off I want to thank everyone who actually took some time to read the whole application and in this part I just want to mention some things. I always tried to attend every meeting and since I became Super Admin I started to talk more in the meetings and make my opinion heared. I think I would have never come so far without the help of my fellow staff member and the players on the server. I would like to thank Dr.House for helping in various situations and helping me with my appliactions and looking over them to assure that there is no wrong spelling or some grammar mistakes in there. Other than that I want to thank Miia, Henny and Luki with helping me to improve on weak spots I had and helping me to get Super Admin. I would also like to thank the whole TTT staff team for staffing on the server and helping to keep the server clean.
