Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match (aka RDM) is when Player A kills Player B with no valid RP reason.
An example of this scenario is if Player A is sitting in a building and killing Player B that is talking to others. When Player A got no KOS signs or a valid reason to kill Player B

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New life rule (aka NLR) is if Player A comes back or kill the same guy that killed him before the timer has run out
An example of new life rule is if Player A is raiding Player B and Player B dies during the raid and respawns and come back to kill Player A

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would tp to player x and asked if I could go to a roof/admin area to handle the f1. I would ask player x if he has valid proof (screenshots, video, etc) of player y killing him with no valid reason, if he has proof, I would tp player y and ask why did he kill player x. If player y misunderstood the rules or didn't know how to mug (so he uses /advert instead of /me) I would just give him a verbal warning and tell him to use /me. If player y just did it for fun I would give him a warning. Then I tp player y back to his last position and ask player x if it's anything else I can do for him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would tp to Player x and ask if I can tp to a roof/non rp area. Then I would ask for valid proof of Player y nlring. If he has proof that is convincing I would bring Player y to the roof/non RP area. I would ask why did he nlr, and if Player y does not come with any proof back I will warn him for NLR. I would return them back to their previous location.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words):
I should be chosen as a moderator because I am an active player with a lot of experience. I am motivated everytime I join the server to play for some time. I have played since 2013 and have seen a lot of changes through the years. I am polite and kind to other players. I have experience from being a staff member for zarp ssrp. I would like to join the staff team again when I see other people prop blocking the spawn for example on s2 or s3 when no admin is active/afk mining. I will try to do my best as a moderator and try to get higher rank(s) through my time as staff. I have a great experience with the rules and I know them fairly good in my head. I hope this application will convince other staff members and people for letting me in again in the staff team.
